Autumnfest “Virtual” 5K Run/Walk

Woonsocket – The Autumnfest Steering Committee announces the first, and hopefully only time this way, Autumnfest “Virtual” 5K Run/Walk. While we cannot get together in person this year for this event, you can do it on your own and it can still benefit Autumnfest.

It’s up to you to set your own 5K course. You can decide what path you want to take on your journey to fitness. Run or walk on the sidewalks, on the bike path or even in your backyard or living room. Register online by going to the Autumnfest website (www.autumnfest.org) and click on the Sports/Fitness tab. You can also sign up by going to The Gym, LLC, 2168 Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket. The cost to register is $25.00 and you will receive a special edition long sleeve performance shirt. The deadline to register is by Columbus Day, October 12, 2020.

This is a fantastic way to support Autumnfest and also get you outside to enjoy the wonderful fresh air that autumn brings. We encourage you to get your family and friends to all join in to sign up and take it outside this year to benefit the great work that the committee does in the community and also Autumnfest 2021 which we all very much looking forward to next year.
