The newest member of the Supreme Court is Justice Amy Coney Barrett. She was sworn in last night at the White House soon after the Senate confirmed her. She was then given the Judicial Oath today by Chief Justice John Roberts today.       President Trump is repeating his insistence that the nation is "rounding the turn" on the coronavirus. Trump tweeted the news media will go "full on COVID, COVID, COVID" until after Election Day. Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has accused the President of giving up the fight against the virus.        President Trump's son-in-law is coming under fire for comments about a key demographic that could play a major role in the upcoming election. Kushner said on Fox News that Black Americans have to want to help themselves in order for the President's policies to help them. Kushner said Trump can't help Black people "break out of the problems that they're complaining about, but he can't want them to be successful more than they want to be successful."       Tropical Storm Zeta is expected to bring hurricane conditions to portions of the Gulf Coast as early as tomorrow. According to the National Hurricane Center, Zeta is about 520 miles south of where the Mississippi River empties into the Gulf of Mexico. The storm is packing 65 mile-per-hour winds and is moving to the northwest at 14 miles-per-hour.        Eddie Van Halen will be remembered with a special tribute during the upcoming Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Special. Cleveland-dot-com reports many guitar legends will pay tribute on the HBO show set to air November 7th. It'll take place during the in memoriam section as the Rock Hall pauses to remember those who passed away.       Durable goods orders for September beat analysts' estimates. Overall orders were up one-point-nine percent last month for all items made to last three years or longer. The experts had forecast a four-tenths percent increase.
