The Department of Homeland Security is closely monitoring the Honduran caravan as many of the migrants are now in southern Mexico. DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen says the agency is focused on rooting out any potential criminals within the caravan. In the course of the past week or so, several groups of mostly Honduran migrants made it through Guatemala into Mexico near the city of Tapachula in the state of Chiapas.       Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev is warning President Trump not to pull out of a Cold War-era nuclear arms treaty. According to Russia's Interfax News Agency, Gorbachev said it would be a mistake for Trump to pull the U.S. out of the 1987 agreement to eliminate medium-range nuclear missiles. He suggested that doing so could have unforeseen consequences.        Elon Musk says the public could get a chance to try out his proposed transport loop as soon as December 11th. Musk, CEO of Tesla, SpaceX and in this case, the Boring Company, has been pushing development of an underground transportation system that could carry people beneath Los Angeles at 155 miles per hour. He said on Twitter that the test tunnel is just about done beneath Hawthorne, California and could offer free rides to the public following a special event planned for December 10th.        The mayor of Oakland, California is stopping a police department policy that required job applicants to reveal whether they had been sexually assaulted. Libby Schaaf gave the order after a story in the San Francisco Chronicle that question the policy's legality. She also ordered a review of the police department's hiring procedures, calling the requirement a barrier to women and minority applicants.        Paula Abdul is okay after falling off the stage at one of her concerts over the weekend. The singer was performing in Biloxi, Mississippi on Saturday night when she tumbled nearly head-first into the crowd while dancing. She then reportedly got right back up and continued on with the show. Abdul is currently on her first solo headlining trek in 25 years.       Patrick Mahomes threw for 358 yards and four touchdowns as the Chiefs crushed the Bengals 45-10 on Sunday Night Football in Kansas City. Kareem Hunt caught two of the K.C. touchdowns and rushed for a third. Tyreek Hill and Demetrius Harris also had touchdown receptions and Ron Parker returned an interception 33 yards to the house in the winning effort.
