Russia's deputy foreign minister is slamming President Trump's threat to pull out of a decades old nuclear arms treaty. Sergei Ryabkov tells Russia's state news agency Tass that breaking the agreement would be a "very dangerous step." During a rally in Nevada on Saturday, Trump said the U.S. is going to pull out of the landmark deal because Russia hasn't honored the agreement.        Saudi Arabia's foreign minister says the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi [[ ka-SHO-gi ]] was a "tremendous mistake." The foreign minister tells Fox News the people who are responsible acted "outside the scope of their authority." He says Saudi Arabia is investigating how Khashoggi died and hold those responsible accountable.        The Trump administration is reportedly moving to end legal protections for transgender individuals. The New York Times reports that the Department of Health and Human Services is mounting an effort to legally define a person's gender as either male or female as determined at birth. If implemented, the policy would reverse Obama-era protections that recognized transgender individuals under federal civil rights law.        The New York Police Department is pulling thousands of body cameras off the streets after one exploded. The department says this weekend an officer noticed smoke coming out of a body cam he was using for a midnight patrol. After he removed it, the deviced exploded. The department says the incident revealed a potential for the battery inside the camera to ignite.        The revival of the horror-slasher film Halloween is this weekend's top movie in North America. The picture starring Jamie Lee Curtis made over 77-million-dollars in its first week in North America's theaters. Industry experts say Halloween enjoyed the second-biggest horror movie opening ever. Coming in second is A Star is Born.
