Trash and Recycling Collection Information

Relating To Snowstorm

 

There will be NO trash or recycling collection on Thursday March 8, 2018.

 

 

The collection schedule will be as follows:

 

Thursday’s route will be picked up on Friday

Friday’s route will be picked up on Saturday

 

We ask that all collection carts (City serviced and privately serviced) be brought back into the property and placed back out on the appropriate collection day.  There should be no carts out on the streets or sidewalks after Wednesday collection route is completed.

 

Please be patient as we attempt to collect all waste within a timely matter.

Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein faces several charges following his arraignment in New York Criminal Court. Weinstein is charged with first- and third-degree rape, and first degree criminal sexual act for forced sex acts against two women in 2004 and 2013. Weinstein's lawyer says his client plans to plead not guilty and will attempt to have the charges dismissed.        Two people are injured and a gunman is in custody after a shooting at a school in Indiana. Police say a student at Noblesville West Middle School asked to be excused from a classroom and returned with two handguns. The "Indy Star" reports teacher Jason Seaman was shot three times while trying to stop the shooter. A 13-year-old girl was also wounded.       Defense Secretary James Mattis is optimistic that a North Korean summit may happen after all. Chatting with reporters at the Pentagon today, Mattis said U.S. diplomats are working hard to get the summit back on track. President Trump withdrew from his planned June 12th meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un yesterday.        Despite high gas prices, Triple-A predicts a nearly five-percent increase in travel this Memorial Day weekend compared to last year. The agency says more than 41-million Americans will travel by car, plane or train despite the high gas prices. Prices at the pump are the highest they have been since 2014.        Voters in the deeply Catholic nation of Ireland are set to vote in favor of ending an abortion ban. So far, two separate exit polls have showed that Irish voters will vote to end the ban by a large margin. The RTE/Behaviour & Attitudes exit poll found that Irish voters will vote to end the ban by 69 percent to 31 percent.        The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is pulling over the "Carpool Karaoke." TV host James Corden was shooting a new episode of the popular "Late Late Show" segment with pop singer Adam Levine when he was pulled over by a deputy in Los Angeles. The segment that aired last night showed the singing carpool getting pulled over for causing a traffic hazard.
