City Council Special Meeting - Sep 21 2020

More than 300-thousand people in Lousiana are in the dark as Hurricane Zeta unleashes its fury. The storm is sweeping across the state after making landfall just one mile shy of a Category Three. Photos show the bulk of damage is from downed trees and power lines.        Former President Barack Obama will join Joe Biden in battleground Michigan on Saturday. It'll be the first time the two are campaigning together since Biden won the Democratic nomination. Obama hit the trail for his former VP last week.        Wall Street is hoping to recover from another volatile day when it opens tomorrow. The Dow Jones Industrial Average had its worst day since June, tumbling 943 points to close at 26-519. The S&P 500 dropped 119 points to 32-71. The Nasdaq fell 426 points to 11-004.        Former adult film star Ron Jeremy is facing seven more charges of sexual assault. He was first arrested in June for allegedly attacking four women. Now, that number is up to 23 women ranging in age from 15 to 54. Jeremy again pleaded not guilty in court today.       A Texas woman is refusing to remove her stripper-themed Halloween display. She has pole-dancing skeletons in her yard and changes their positions daily. Her HOA says it has complaints the decorations are "inappropriate" and gave her 30 days to take them down.
