STEPHANIE CHAPLIN, AUTMUNFEST SOUVENIR COORDINATOR,

PASSES AWAY

Woonsocket – It is with deep sadness that the Autumnfest Steering Committee announces the passing of Stephanie Chaplin.  Stephanie was a dedicated Autumnfest Souvenir Coordinator for numerous years.  She passed away on Sunday September 16, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer.  This is the first time that a sitting Autumnfest Steering Committee has passed away so close to Autumnfest Weekend.

“Stephanie always had a smile on her face,” said Richard Savaria, Autumnfest General Chairman.  “Her heart was always involved in Autumnfest.  Even this year, when she was in pain, she still showed up to the Autumnfest Fundraising Breakfast at The Club Par-X and never complained once.  The Autumnfest Steering Committee is just devastated at this time.  We will all miss her very much and we will think of her often during Autumnfest.”

Funeral arrangements for Stephanie Chaplin were still being completed.
