Just one more day until the House impeachment investigation of President Trump goes public. State Department officials William Taylor and George Kent will testify Wednesday. Both men, in private depositions, told lawmakers about their concerns about pressure on Ukrainian officials to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden.    Afghanistan is releasing three terrorists in exchange for American and Australian professors who were kidnapped in 2016. The Taliban will release American Kevin King and Australian Timothy Weeks. The terrorist group kidnapped the men, who taught at Kabul's American University of Afghanistan more than three years ago.    Former President Jimmy Carter undergoes surgery this morning to relieve pressure from bleeding on his brain after recent falls. Carter fell twice last month, once leading to stitches over his left eye and the second fall causing a minor pelvic fracture.    President Trump's desire to end the DACA program comes before the Supreme Court today. Federal district and appeals courts have ruled the Trump administration doesn't have the authority to end the program abruptly and without enough explanation. The Obama-era program protects some 700-thousand people brought to the U.S. illegally as children from deportation.    Israel says its aerial defense system intercepted about 20 of 50 rockets fired from Gaza today. The rockets were in retaliation for earlier Israeli airstrikes that killed a senior Islamic Jihad commander. Israel's military says the commander masterminded recent attacks on the Jewish state.    Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer is done "Dancing With The Stars." Spicer's last dance on the ABC competition came Monday night. Spicer had consistently been drawing some of the lowest scores on the competition, but fan votes had kept in the game until last night.
